EEA Grants PT

Através do Acordo sobre o Espaço Económico Europeu (EEE), a Islândia, o Liechtenstein e a Noruega participam no mercado interno a par com os Estados-Membros da União Europeia.

Como forma de promover um contínuo e equilibrado reforço das relações económicas e comerciais, foram criados os EEA Grants, em que estes três países, designados Estados Doadores, financiam iniciativas e projetos em diversas áreas programáticas.

Os EEA Grants têm como objetivos reduzir as disparidades sociais e económicas na Europa e reforçar as relações bilaterais entre os Estados Doadores e os Estados Beneficiários.

Para o período 2014-2021, foi acordada uma contribuição total de 2,8 mil milhões de euros para 15 Estados Beneficiários. Portugal beneficiará de uma verba de 102,7 milhões de euros.

A APP EEA Grants PT permitirá aceder a toda a informação atualizada dos Programas, em Portugal, bem como notícias e atividades dos projetos que serão desenvolvidos durante o período 2014-2021.

As grandes vantagens da APP EEA Grants PT são a proximidade com o público interessado nesta temática. Assim, para além de notícias, os utilizadores terão a possibilidade de saber em primeira mão (através do recurso a push up notificatios nos seus telemóveis, por exemplo) datas de eventos, abertura de concursos, informações gerais e, por vezes, até mais técnicas.

A APP EEA Grants PT visa essencialmente uma mudança de paradigma em que a comunicação dos EEA Grants deixa de assumir uma forma generalista para uma alteração pró-ativa em que se prevê conseguir uma taxa de eficiência para com os interessados na ordem dos 100%.

Acresce também que se pretende a curto prazo criar uma área de match entre entidades portuguesas e dos países doadores. Esta funcionalidade é essencial para os EEA Grants visto uma das grandes bandeiras deste mecanismo de apoio financeiro ser o reforço das relações bilaterais e o trabalho em cooperação entre os diferentes países envolvidos. Até à presente data, não existe nenhuma ferramenta capaz de promover este ajustamento e encontro de eventuais parceiros para os projetos que se irão desenvolver.

Through the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA), Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway participate in the internal market alongside the Member States of the European Union.

As a way of promoting a continuous and balanced strengthening of economic and trade relations, the EEA Grants were created, in which these three countries, called Donor States, finance initiatives and projects in various programmatic areas.

The EEA Grants aim to reduce social and economic disparities in Europe and strengthen bilateral relations between donor states and beneficiary states.

For the period 2014-2021, a total contribution of € 2.8 billion was agreed for 15 Beneficiary States. Portugal will receive an amount of 102.7 million euros.

APP EEA Grants PT will allow access to all the updated information of the Programs in Portugal, as well as news and activities of the projects that will be developed during the period 2014-2021.

Thus, in addition to news, users will have the possibility to know firsthand (through the use of push up notifications on their mobile phones, for example) event dates, opening of tenders, general information and sometimes even more technical .

APP EEA Grants PT essentially aims at a paradigm shift in which the communication of the EEA Grants ceases to take a generalist form for a proactive change in which it is expected to achieve an efficiency ratio of 100% to stakeholders.

In addition, it is intended in the short term to create a match area between Portuguese entities and donor countries. This functionality is essential for the EEA Grants since one of the big flags of this financial support mechanism is to strengthen bilateral relations and work in cooperation between the different countries involved. To date, there is no tool capable of promoting this adjustment and meeting of possible partners for the projects that will develop.
